Key2Home.in Properties is a Pune-based curator of branded real estate. We identify, vet and promote holiday-home NA plots, villas and premium apartments from India's reputed developers — then guide buyers from first site visit to registration and beyond.

Are you a broker or a developer?

Both, in a sense. We are a MahaRERA-registered channel partner for premier developers like HOABL, Peninsula Land and Kolte Patil — and we are also developers of our own flagship project, Konkan Sea Dale in Dapoli. That dual role means we evaluate every partner project the way we would build our own.

Is Key2Home.in RERA registered?

Yes. We operate as a MahaRERA-registered channel partner, registration number A52100030204, verifiable on the MahaRERA website.

Do buyers pay anything extra for your advisory?

No. On primary developer bookings you pay the same price as booking directly — the developer compensates us as their authorised channel partner. Our comparison, negotiation and post-booking support come at no added cost to you.

Which locations do you cover?

Konkan (Dapoli, Anjarle), Karjat, Neral–Matheran, Mulshi, Alibaug, Lonavala, Goa, Ayodhya and Vrindavan for holiday-home plots and villas — plus premium apartments in Pune West such as Gahunje and Hinjewadi.

What is the Triple-S selection process?

Every project must be Seen (personally visited by Nitin), Secured (RERA-registered or clear NA title with a reputed developer) and Strategic (located on a genuine infrastructure growth corridor). Projects that fail any filter are not onboarded.

Can you help NRI buyers?

Yes — video walkthroughs, drone footage, document verification guidance, developer coordination and Power of Attorney-based bookings. We regularly assist buyers in the Gulf, US, UK and Singapore.
