Kiwale sits where the Mumbai–Pune Expressway meets the old Mumbai highway, 9 km from Hinjewadi and a few minutes from Ravet, Akurdi and Dehu Road. In 2026 the pieces that were "coming" for a decade began opening.
Mumbai–Pune Expressway Missing Link
The 13.3 km, 8-lane tunnel-and-viaduct link replaced the 19 km Lonavala ghat section on 1–2 May 2026, cutting 20–30 minutes off a Mumbai run. Kiwale's Expressway entry is about 4 km away.

Three things worth knowing before you fall for the lobby. We would rather you hear them from us.
- This is a trophy, not a flip. Kiwale transacts at roughly ₹7,000–9,000 per sq ft; The Vibe is priced at ₹11,000+ for a one-of-23 full-floor product. Buy it to live in or to hold for a decade, not to trade in two years.
- It sits on a working highway. The site fronts the old Mumbai highway at Dehu Road. The planned elevated corridor will mean construction on that stretch for a few years; upper floors and the inward-facing balconies are the quieter choice.
- Ask for the paperwork. Tower A is delivered, so RERA does not apply; we share the OC copy, the RERA-format area statement and the current availability sheet before any token. For Code Name: Celebrity, RERA registration is awaited — treat the launch numbers as indicative until then.
